Systems Administator IV

 Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage complex enterprise systems and infrastructure 
• Lead system architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization efforts 
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and related software 
• Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and disaster recovery readiness 
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations 
• Lead incident response efforts for critical system outages or security events 
• Develop and enforce system administration policies, procedures, and standards 
• Automate system processes and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency 
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams on infrastructure initiatives 
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level system administrators 
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure and operations 
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

Minimum requirement: Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience
