**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Administrator to join a growing IT team in Coral Gables, FL. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer -service -oriented professional who is passionate about technology and ready to support and maintain the technology infrastructure that powers engineering, architectural, and construction operations across the United States.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and MFA policies
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, hypervisors, and virtual machines
• Support and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware, Windows 10/11 operating systems, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and remote user connectivity
• Configure and support Fortinet/FortiGate networking and security products, including firewalls, VPN tunnels, VLANs, security policies, and wireless networking
• Provide support for industry -specific software platforms, including AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, Trimble products, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SaaS -based business applications
• Monitor and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems
• Provide both in -person and remote technical support to employees and project teams across multiple office locations
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, hardware deployments, software licensing, and asset management
• Participate in IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, office expansions, and system implementations
• Maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures
Requirements
**Qualifications**
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or IT Infrastructure Support
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/vSphere environments, virtual machines, and storage technologies
• Experience with Fortinet/FortiGate products
• Understanding of networking concepts, cybersecurity best practices, backup and disaster recovery methodologies, and SaaS application management
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and work independently
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support both executive leadership and end users
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) environments
• Firewall experience and/or certifications
• Microsoft certifications
• VMware certifications
• Experience with Veeam backup solutions
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams administration
