Job Description - Systems Administrator Lotus Domino, Journeyman- TS/SCI Clearance Required

cFocus Software seeks a Systems Administrator Lotus Domino, Journeyman to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is on site in Honolulu, HI. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:

Active TS;SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.
5+ years of experience providing Tiers I, II, and III Lotus Domino Systems Administrator services across an enterprise hardware and software platform.
5+ years of demonstrated experience working with Windows Server; MS Office, Symantec Endpoint, and other third-party tools.
Demonstrated experience supporting Information Assurance (IA) security procedures, which may include scanning and mitigating actions.
Experience working with TeamStudio, Tomcat, JIRA, or similar software (SourceSafe, CVS, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in software testing
Active DoD IAT II certification
Active Cloud certification

Duties:

Provide 24/7/365 tier I through III Service Desk support schedule to U.S. and Coalition/Allied users.
The Contractor shall staff and manage the UARNOC and other government designated Service Desk locations in support of the program across all non-classified and classified enclaves.
Provide real-time support of UARNOC watch operations and or other government designated Service Desk locations, supporting deployed ships and shore-based users via telephone, chat services, trouble ticketing systems, and email across all deployed non-classified and classified (to include SECREL) enclave instances.
Provide system deployment and upgrade support for deployable non-classified and classified (to include SECREL)
