Falls Technology is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join a multidisciplinary team supporting globally deployed mission systems.

This is a hands-on role supporting Linux and Windows server/client environments, cloud and data center infrastructure, and operational systems deployed both domestically and overseas. We’re looking for someone who can troubleshoot problems, implement solutions, and work across traditional infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity boundaries.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server/client environments.


• Monitor system performance and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions.


• Support globally distributed mission systems and infrastructure.


• Identify system shortfalls and work with local technical teams to develop and implement solutions.


• Implement technical solutions and update system configurations.


• Support system modernization and evolution as mission requirements change.


• Work with network, cloud, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.


• Support cloud and data center environments.


• Participate in worldwide system deployments and provide technical support to overseas operational environments.


• Assist with architecture and integration of emerging technologies, including AI/ML capabilities where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.


• Hands-on systems administration experience.


• Experience supporting Linux and Windows server/client environments.


• Experience performing operations and maintenance of enterprise or mission information systems.


• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting system performance.


• Experience implementing system configuration changes and technical solutions.


• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure.


• Ability and willingness to travel worldwide to low-risk environments.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with worldwide data center deployments.


• Experience providing IT support to overseas operational environments.


• Experience with cloud data center environments.


• Experience supporting globally distributed systems.


• Experience supporting cyber operations.


• Relevant operating system, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity certifications.
