The Systems Analyst will support the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on Medicaid Claims Processing system enhancements and related IT initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from both technical and non -technical stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. The analyst will evaluate existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development and testing of system enhancements. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across project teams and agency stakeholders.
