Job Description:

GDIT’s DOJ/OJP team is looking for a dynamic Systems Analyst to join our agile Tier 3 Operational Support team for a Pega based grant case management system. As a Systems Analyst, you will provide user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. You will troubleshoot problems, advise on the appropriate action, and translate those problems into requirements for your agile development team members.

Job Description: This position requires the employee to use their excellent customer service and technical skills to quickly and patiently respond to end users and internal users for a web-based application using the ServiceNow ticketing system and Azure DevOps requirements management tool. The employee will apply their trouble shooting skills to resolve customer's technical issues, interface with internal teams to resolve problems, and investigate detailed agency cases. This position requires the employee to interface not only with external customers but internal federal points of contact, the system developers as well as manage the day-to-day efforts of the escalated service desk team. The employee will become proficient in the client’s system and be able to translate customer problems into bugs and enhancements for the development team. Daily collaboration with other operational support and agile development team members will occur to fully support the OJP client.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and technical personnel.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar service desk ticketing systems.

History of working with large enterprise level applications.

A track record of delivery in challenging, face-paced environments.

Agile team experience

BS or equivalent + 3 yrs related experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps

Business analyst experience with working on Web based applications.

Knowledge of Pega platform and/or Pega Business Analyst Certifications

Must be able to obtain and maintain an Agency specific Public Trust clearance
