The Global People Systems team is the technology arm of People Delivery, an operational group dedicated to supporting all Worldpay people in their quest to advance the way the world pays. We serve all the Worldpay people, across the entire organization. We are passionate about their needs, and we deliver solutions that are technology-enabled but human-centric.

About the role:

As a Systems Analyst in the People Systems team, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that we deliver outstanding colleague experiences that help our people advance the way the world pays. You’ll work as part of a team in an agile environment where the whole really must be greater than the sum of the parts. And to do that, you must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

In this role you will be…

• Identifying improvement opportunities, working with stakeholders to reengineer processes, define requirements for enhancements and new solutions, and supporting the development of strategies involving people, processes and technology in the HR space to improve employee experiences and productivity.

• Analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements and translating them into proper system requirement specifications.

• Designing or supporting HR business processes to solve complex problems considering people and systems capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results.

• Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

• Developing test plans, test cases, and supporting test execution to ensure systems and processes perform as expected.

• Advising business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.

• Analyzing marketplace, industry, and our company in order to stay abreast of people, process and technology trends that could improve our ways of working and how we support our team and our colleagues.

What you will need:

Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g. waterfall, iterative, and other modern approaches to software development.
A demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge within the team and across the enterprise, considering multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines, leveraging model driven design tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc..
Excellent customer relationship skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
Demonstrated experience supporting and implementing complex HR systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, ADP, SABA).
A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.

What we offer you

A competitive salary and benefits
A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities
The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in the payment industry
Time to support charities and give back in your community
