This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Analyst - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will support digital health initiatives that aim to enhance healthcare delivery using advanced information and communication technology. Your contributions will drive successful system implementations and integrations, and you'll be essential in transitioning data within a dynamic healthcare environment. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that every solution aligns with organizational goals and meets clinical needs effectively.
Accountabilities
- Perform systems analysis activities in support of healthcare IT projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation
- Develop and review integration specifications, data models, and data migration strategies
- Analyze and support patient data conversion and mapping between legacy and target systems
- Participate in the implementation of clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
- Support client registry implementations and related integrations
- Perform integration and data conversion analysis for diagnostic imaging systems (RIS / PACS) using HL7 standards
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet clinical and operational needs
- Contribute to testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and healthcare information management requirements
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Computing, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (or equivalent project delivery certification)
- Extensive experience (10+ years) as a Systems or Integration Analyst in a project-based environment
- Significant experience implementing clinical information systems within healthcare
- Demonstrated experience with integration analysis and specifications
- Experience in data modeling and data migration
- Patient data conversion and mapping expertise
- Knowledge of client registry systems
- Experience with diagnostic imaging systems (RIS / PACS)
- Familiarity with HL7 integration standards
- Experience with large enterprise healthcare platforms is considered an asset
