As an Engineer, you’ll contribute to larger projects with greater independence and responsibility. You’ll own key features or components, support cross-functional teams, and continue building technical depth while developing professional maturity.

You complete projects with minimal oversight, contribute new ideas, and become a reliable technical voice on your team. You manage your time well and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and effective communication
• Takes accountability for work quality
• Practices proactive communication
• Own moderately complex design, test, or support tasks
• Collaborate across engineering and production teams
• Document work clearly and completely
• Able to plan and lead projects to completion on time and within budget
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements
• Assist with troubleshooting and customer support when needed

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary $90k-$120k

• 80% Coverage of base Health Insurance Plan (Proactive Health Options available) starting at 60 days
• Dental and Vision Insurance options starting at 60 days

• 3-5 years of engineering experience
• Solid understanding of design and troubleshooting principles
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
