Description

Captivation Software is looking for a senior level systems engineer who will join an existing DevOps team that is working to build out a Kubernetes environment to host a service across multiple platforms.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.


• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.


• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Linux CLI


• Experience with building out Kubernetes infrastructure including configuring network policies within a cluster


• Experience with system sustainment and compliance including system patching and SSP management


• Experience with corporate STE/STN security compliance policies and procedures


• Experience using the Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.)

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of or experience with tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible


• Understanding of or experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm


• Understanding of or experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards


• Understanding of or experience with Grafana dashboards


• Security+ certification (CWIP)

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
