We are seeking a hands-on
Systems Engineer with 4+ years of experience in electro-mechanical
systems, testing, troubleshooting, and product development, preferably
within a regulated medical device or aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,
  develop, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems and
  devices.
  
• Develop test methods, test beds, testing plans, and hands-on testing protocols.
  
• Conduct DOE, sensor testing, digital output analysis, and system performance
  evaluation.
  
• Analyze
  test data using Python and other analytical tools.
  
• Participate
  in design reviews, reliability testing, and system integration activities.
  
• Troubleshoot
  manufacturing and system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  
• Document
  defects, track the defect lifecycle, and communicate findings to
  development partners.
  
• Prepare
  detailed technical reports and engineering documentation.
  
• Support
  development of manufacturing processes and engineering solutions.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's
  degree in Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, Software, or related
  Engineering.
  
• 4+
  years of engineering experience in systems, electro-mechanical devices,
  testing, or product development.
  
• Strong
  hands-on testing and troubleshooting experience.
  
• Experience
  with test method development, data analysis, and sensor outputs.
  
• Python
  coding/data analysis experience.
  
• Strong
  technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience
  in an FDA- or FAA-regulated environment strongly preferred.
  
• Medical
  device industry experience highly preferred.
