About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, self-driven Systems Engineer to lead the architecture of our enterprise AI platforms while supporting our core IT infrastructure. In this unique role, you will act as a full-stack owner for our Moveworks & ServiceNow Platform—consulting with internal stakeholders to build cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions—while also serving as an escalation point for complex L2/L3 IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  AI Platform Ownership: Serve as the full-stack owner and architect for our Moveworks and ServiceNow platforms.

  Agentic AI Solutions: Consult with internal teams to design, build, and optimize cutting-edge Agentic AI workflows and integrations.

  
  


• 
  

  IT Infrastructure & L2/L3 Support: Act as a senior escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve complex L2/L3 IT system operations and server issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Automation & Scripting: Write custom Python scripts to streamline IT workflows, integrate systems, and enhance enterprise platform functionality.

  Vendor & Tech Assessment: Evaluate the broader AI vendor landscape to identify tools and technologies that drive organizational efficiency.

  End-to-End Problem Solving: Proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks, modernizing IT operations with a balance of hands-on execution and strategic oversight.

  
  

Key Qualifications

• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Moveworks and ServiceNow platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record in enterprise systems engineering, infrastructure support, and senior-level (L2/L3) IT operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, API integrations, and workflow development.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with enterprise AI concepts, specifically Agentic AI frameworks and automated IT service management (ITSM).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong consulting and communication skills to interface effectively with internal stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently with high autonomy in a hybrid environment.

  
  

Work Environment

  Location: Onsite in Palo Alto, CA (3 days/week required).
