This position will be located onsite in Melbourne, FL.\n\n# Accomplish\n\nYou will be assigned work in the Product Support organization performing System Reliability \u0026 Maintainability (R\u0026M) Engineering Analysis. You will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem R\u0026M performance requirements for all design changes and new development efforts to ensure that R\u0026M program requirements are achieved. The primary responsibility of the position will be reliability, maintainability, and testability.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\n * Perform R\u0026M allocations and predictions\n\n * Develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis\n\n * Perform Built In Test (BIT) testability analysis\n\n * Develop mission reliability analysis\n\n * Support the development of teams in the investigation of issues\n\n * Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)\n\n * Experience with Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)\n\n * Experience with maintainability demonstrations\n\n * Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)\n\n * Liaison with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and suppliers for the R\u0026M of assigned subsystems\n\n\n\n\nYou should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. You may develop, coordinate and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments (DOE) constructs. Recommend design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics; investigate and analyze relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes. Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyze preliminary plans and develop reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives. \n\nMay develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes posing excessive failure risks. As necessary, propose changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
