🗂️ What You’ll Do
Oversee integration of process, utility, infrastructure, and facility systems
Manage system requirements, interfaces, and design basis
Act as technical liaison with external design firms (A/E partners)
Lead design reviews and resolve technical risks, gaps, and conflicts
Coordinate across engineering, operations, safety, and project teams
Support system architecture, commissioning, and lifecycle planning
Reinforce sound systems engineering practices, including requirements management, interface control, design integration, and technical baseline discipline
Support incorporation of startup, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle considerations into design development
📘 What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical, Nuclear, Electrical, or related)
PE license (or ability to obtain)
10+ years engineering experience, including 3+ years leadership
Strong background in systems engineering, integration, and design reviews
Experience managing requirements, interfaces, and multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work extended hours on occasion and travel as required (~10%).
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Active DOE/NRC clearance (or equivalent)
Experience in nuclear or regulated environments (fuel cycle, uranium processing)
Background working with A/E, EPC, or external design partners
Experience with configuration control and technical baseline management
Proven technical leadership
