Responsible for recruiting, staffing and retaining top talent to ensure success for multiple projects Own and lead improvements across employee engagement, hiring, development and training Responsible for Managing the Budgets, Schedules, Risk and Opportunities Regularly reports to senior internal and external customers Horizontal integration of best practices across the organization; maintaining cognizance over technical activities Ensuring execution of project statement of work and baselines Employee development, including skills training and career support Performance management, including employee goal setting, performance appraisals and issue resolution Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 9+ years of engineering experience, or 7 years with a Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline or a PhD in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 5 years of experience Demonstrated success in one or more Survivability disciplines (Low Observables / LO Technologies, Stealth Signature Management, RF Engineering, Design and Analysis (RF, IR, or Acoustics), Materials & Processes, CEM Modeling and Analysis, High Performance Computing, etc.) Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company Masters degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, materials science, or chemical engineering; physics; chemistry; computer science; or applied mathematics from an ABET accredited university 5+ years of direct experience leading teams and managing projects; experience leading a team of diverse individuals toward a common objective Previous experience leading projects in the SAP/SAR environment; strong project management and team development skills Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance, within 5 years of last investigation
