Systems Engineering Manager 2

Oversight and management of R&M analyses and tasks (predictions, FMECA, FRACAS, Reliability Growth, etc.) Execution of program technical statement of work Management of budget, schedule, and risks Regular interaction with senior internal and external customers on technical matters Recruiting, staffing and retention of talent to ensure program success Employee development, engagement, and career guidance Performance management including goal setting, performance appraisals, and issue resolution Must either have a bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering, OR a master's degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering or a PhD in a STEM discipline AND 5 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering Demonstrated financial management skills including development and control of program budgets, schedules, Estimate at Complete (EAC), and the ability to recognize and capture program changes. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs Master's Degree in Engineering Must have at least 5 years of experience in Reliability and Maintainability engineering Previous engineering experience performing R&M analyses Minimum 2 years or leadership or supervisory experience that includes providing oversight of daily R&M tasking Prior experience training and mentoring new hires
