We are looking for bold, ambitious ROCKSTARS to join our team to fabricate floor and roof trusses for home and businesses throughout Wisconsin. In the process, we can turn the manufacturing industry upside down, build incredibly products, and supply happiness throughout Wisconsin.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Serious ambition welcome. Join our mission to supply happiness to clients, communities, and your team members throughout Wisconsin. This is a fabricator position! You will be building roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners throughout Wisconsin. Bring your passion and determination and get ready for some fun! Here are the details.

• Properly position pre-cut boards on the truss tables according to blueprint specifications
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs & climb up and down from heights between 2.5-3 ft repeatedly throughout the day
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Follow Line Leaders' Instructions
• Place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints
• Swing a hammer to connect parts at joints
• Verify dimensions of pre-cut boards and accuracy of assembly before moving truss to the stacker
• Always maintain a safe and neat work area at all times
• Accurately record job times on the cutting sheets provided and on the time clock
• Other Duties as Assigned

YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Experience with reading building plans
• Basic math skills
• Your background involves putting customers first
• You have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team
• You are uniquely you and bring something to the table that no one else can
