We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and systems-minded person to help support operational improvements, software implementations, process organization, and internal workflow coordination across the company.

Responsibilities
Help organize and improve operational workflows across departments
Support implementation of internal systems, software, and process improvements
Assist with AI-assisted workflow and automation initiatives
Help maintain and organize SOPs, documentation, and knowledge systems
Coordinate implementation tasks, timelines, and follow-up across teams
Support operational efficiency projects and process improvements
Help reduce operational bottlenecks and improve communication flow
Assist with organizing and improving customer support workflows
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and follow-through
Comfortable learning new software systems and tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving mindset
Self-starter with a positive and adaptable attitude
Preferred Experience
Project coordination
Operations support
Systems implementation
Process improvement
SOP/documentation management
AI tools or workflow automation
Familiarity with tools such as the following is a plus:
Slack
Microsoft 365
Monday.com
