• Demonstrated experience providing optical service.
• Demonstrated experience with Dense Wave Division Multiplexer design and implementation (DWDM).
• Demonstrated experience with legacy optical carrier equipment, Synchronize Optical Network.
• Demonstrated experience with data communications networks to manage devices.
• Demonstrated experience in optical engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with fiber optic systems.
• Demonstrated experience in the field of optics and network integration.
• Demonstrated experience using the Agile software development methodology.
• Demonstrated experience producing reports and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience with HTML and browser compatibility baselines.
• Demonstrated customer service skills responding to senior level requests.

• Demonstrated experience working both independently and on teams with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated experience exhibiting skills and capabilities with computer systems to produce ad hoc reports on project activity and Project Schedules for consumption by senior management.
• Demonstrated experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills across multiple communication needs: writing reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, and briefings.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and responding to all clients from the new-hire technician to high level staff and all in-between, for all customers who subscribe to the network.
