Come be a part of our mission!\n\nNorthrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator - Level 3 or 4 in the Intelligence Systems Division Engineering organization supporting our Intelligence and Sensing Business Unit (BU) to support a program out of our Aurora, CO location.\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integrator with expertise in ground software systems, integration, and testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the verification of ground software systems and integrating key mission-critical technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge space systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\u00b7 Perform Verification \u0026 Validation (V\u0026V) activities for ground software systems, including mission management, command and control, and space vehicle operations. \n\u00b7 Develop and execute integration and test plans, including test cases, procedures, and documentation to ensure system functionality and compliance with requirements. \n\u00b7 Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts for verification testing using Python and automation frameworks (BDD/Robot). \n\u00b7 Analyze complex integration failures \u2013 perform log analysis, use debugging tools, trace root cause, and identify patterns across seemingly unrelated issues. \n\u00b7 Collaborate with developers, testers, and other team members to clearly document issues, coordinate resolutions, and achieve full system integration. \n\u00b7 Utilize testing tools, scripting, and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness during the integration process. \n\u00b7 Provide detailed documentation of processes, results, and recommendations for optimization. \n\nThis position may be filled at a higher job level based on the qualifications listed below.\n\n \nThis requisition may be filled as either a Principal or Sr. Principal Systems Integrator.\n\nBasic Qualifications for a Principal Systems Integrator: \n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of relevant experience; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
