Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure Project Management Service efforts are performed on-site in Mission Support Plans and Programs (MSX) work center of the Directorate of Support during core hours
• Perform collaborative integration management with PMO (Program Management Office) counterparts, Third Party CSSP Project Management and integration planning and support of PMO weapons system changes; to include planning, testing, development, implementation, enhancement, transition, management and operations of new initiatives.
• Document the integration of these systems into existing architecture
• Shall identify Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) considerations for new systems being added.
• Use Microsoft Project or other command authorized Project Management tools to manage all Mission Support projects
• Brief the Director daily, and maintain weekly updated materials as required for squadron use, on the status of program plan milestones and historical records for new initiatives
• Provide weekly executive roll-up briefings/reports of current and upcoming Third Party CSSP project management efforts and maintain a quarterly/monthly report of completed projects
• Attend technical meetings that involve planning, testing, development, and transition towards the implementation of newer and more advanced versions of tools and architecture
• Within five (5) business days of attending such meetings, provide a trip report and meeting minutes to the COR
• Brief the Government on planning actions and the associated mission impact
• Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
• High School Degree Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Required to have one of the following IAT Level II certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP – or an IAT Level III certification: CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCNP Security
• Required to have one of the following IAT CSSP certifications for Infrastructure Support: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND
• PMP, CAPM or Project + certification required
Experience:
• Required minimum of two to four (2-4) of relevant experience; DoD experience preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role using computer networking concepts
Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of installation, integration, and optimization of systems, as well as risk management processes
• Knowledge of UNIX®, Microsoft® and VMware® operating systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to translate customer requirements into capabilities
• Ability to apply cybersecurity principles to client requirements
• Understanding of Intel-based computers using Microsoft based operating systems
• Ability to work with various levels of personnel including senior leadership
• Use of Microsoft Office software applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
