Job Requirements
As a Systems Support Specialist with Havertys, this is your opportunity to:
• Learn Havertys retail software and hardware troubleshooting in a team environment
• Troubleshoot communication problems and work directly with communications vendors
• Use ServiceNow to prioritize and work tickets from team members throughout the
• company
• Assist in training via bulletins, webinars, and internal training classes
• Showcase your problem-solving skills for issues that really can impact our business
You Must Have:
• Ability to learn quickly on a variety of topics
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask within a ticketing environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexible hours and weekend availability to support our retail business.
• Ability to work weekend shift rotation, one weekend every 6 weeks remote.

Additional Information:
• Position Salary: 48k to 50k annually
• Remote: 3-4 days in office 1-2 days remote after training period.
