Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working days and times may vary.
• Supervising the operation of up to seven gaming tables.
• Ensuring fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Promoting positive guest relations. Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes.
• In collaboration with shift manager, coordinate dealer work schedules and ensure that games are supplied with sufficient and proper equipment.
• Creating a positive, professional atmosphere for team members and guests.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and knowledge that includes:

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in multiple casino games, including Craps, Baccarat, and Black Jack, and operations with appropriate licensure and progressive supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of State of Colorado Gambling regulations and rules.
• Creating a fun atmosphere for all guests.
• Instilling an atmosphere that encourages team members to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Encouraging mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all team members by setting positive examples.
• Retaining team members through involvement in training and development. Explain why we do things, in advance of doing them.
• Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
• Ability to always communicate effectively, with all levels of team members and guests.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
