Tack Room - Restaurant Manager

La Posada Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests at the Tack Room. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring and training.

Education/Formal Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 3+ years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in food and beverage service operations.
• Knowledge of restaurant financial management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
