Tactics Instructor/Analyst

Overview

Instructor/Analyst to support our government customer, Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC), in instructing high-end integrated tactics at the Air Wing/Joint level. Additionally, the data from these events will be analyzed in order to provide NAWDC SME level insight on aircrew proficiency and TTP effectiveness. This work requires the ability to instruct and evaluate current warfighting skills and TTPs.  This work will feed major budgetary decisions that will guide the future of carrier aviation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide WTI-level instruction in order to support NAWDC.


• Provide analytic support to NAWDC to identify warfighting gaps and provide this data to individual Weapons Schools to aid in future TTP development.


• Training and Human Performance analysis, assessment, and readiness reporting to NAWDC.

Qualifications/Experience

Required:

• Weapons and Tactics Instructor tour (i.e., Weapons School and/or Training Officer)


• BA/BS Degree required from an accredited college or university


• Strong Organizational and Project Management skills


• Current Secret security clearance (or higher); eligibility for Top Secret


• Ability to obtain SAP level clearances within 6 months of hire

Desired:

• Previous Tour at NAWDC or USAF Weapons School


• Current Top Secret Clearance

Other:

Priority will be given to applicants with the most recent and relevant tactical instructing experience.
