What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Processing vehicle Titles and registrations accurately and efficiently 
•  Process Titles for all wholesale transactions, in a timely manner 
• Handling FLORIDA and out-of-state deals, ensuring compliance with state regulations
• Managing lien releases, payoffs, and title corrections
• Communicating with customers, lenders, and DMV offices as needed
• Ensuring all title work is completed within required timeframes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in title & registration processing (FL and multi-state preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Knowledge of CDK or other DMS systems a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
