Tag and Title Clerk

About Us:
Renn Kirby Auto is a well-established automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our team full-time in Gettysburg, PA.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents accurately and in compliance with state regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Verify all required information and documentation for vehicle sales and trade-ins.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and submit paperwork to the DMV and other necessary agencies.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist customers and internal staff with questions regarding tag and title procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely completion of all title work to meet dealership and customer expectations.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous experience in automotive tag and title or a related clerical role preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with computers and dealership software a plus.
