What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer: Greet folks with a smile and make every visit easy and fun.
• Walk them through their options: Explain wash packages, memberships, and deals, and help with payments and questions.
• Prep every vehicle: Check truck beds, push in mirrors, and spot anything that could cause trouble in the tunnel.
• Guide cars in safely: Keep customers, vehicles, and your crew safe.
• Keep the wash running: Watch the equipment and wash quality, report issues, and help with basic maintenance.
• Keep it clean: Help keep the site tidy and welcoming.
• Pitch in: Follow our policies, support your teammates, and jump in wherever you’re needed.
• Help others learn: Depending on your role, help train new crew members and lead the team.

• Support the Site Manager with daily operations
• Train and coach new and current crew members
• Keep customer service, safety, and site standards high
• Help the team stay accountable to our policies
• Lead by example and keep the energy positive

Physical Requirements

With or without reasonable accommodation, you’ll need to be able to:

• Stand and walk for long periods
