Take Off Parts Coordinator and Shipper

Hours/Week: 40 (Full Time)

Scheduled Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday through Friday, to include: a 30-minute unpaid Meal Break and two paid 15-minute Breaks for every four hours of work.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 Job Purpose 

To organize take off parts and eBay parts and pull parts for shipping wholesale or retail.

Take Off Parts & eBay Coordinator / Shipping Essential Job Functions

· Collection, pictures and listing of take-off parts from our shop.

· Pulling items from inventory and preparing shipping in a timely manner.

· Invoicing eBay purchases.

· Parts identification by application and ability to learn new applications of parts. 

· Perform various duties to include ordering and receiving, inspecting, returns and stocking of items.

· Establish and maintain department and company standards and procedures.

· Responsible for ensuring that shipping and receiving is being completed within specified timelines and according to approved procedures.

· Checks incoming orders against packing lists and /or requisitions to ensure completeness, noting any discrepancies.

· Involvement with inventory records, cycle counts and physical inventory programs.

· Maintains storage areas in a clean and orderly manner.

· Comply with fire safety regulations.

· Utilize protective measures for storage items.

· Forklift operation.

· Regular and consistent attendance.

· Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Requires working indoors outdoors, exposure to sounds and noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable when working indoors and may incur exposure to extreme heat weather conditions when in the shop area. May also be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials when in the shop area. Job duties are performed independently. 

Qualifications

Experience and Education

Experience with shipping policies and procedure. Ability to lift heavy and/or awkward items exceeding 50 lbs.

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment, Random or Reasonable Suspicion Drug Screen(s). To include testing for Marijuana. 

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.
