Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests placing takeout orders in person and over the phone.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Ensure every order is packaged correctly with all requested items, utensils, condiments, and beverages.
• Verify food quality, presentation, and accuracy before orders leave the restaurant.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked takeout area.
• Assist with third-party delivery orders and drivers.
• Create a positive first and last impression for every guest.
