Talent Acquisition Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Assistant to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience utilizing ADP Recruiting/ADP ATS and a track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across a variety of positions.This is a part time, 3-6 month contract role. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.


• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide regular candidate pipeline updates.


• Utilize ADP Recruiting ATS to post positions, manage candidate workflows, track applicant activity, schedule interviews, and maintain recruiting data.


• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.


• Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.


• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.


• Prepare and extend offer letters and support the pre-employment process, including background checks and onboarding activities.


• Ensure compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and company hiring policies.


• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics within ADP.


• Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR role.


• Hands-on experience with ADP Recruiting ATS is required.


• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.


• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
