What are we looking for:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from requisition creation to offer process. The Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a crucial role in helping drive candidate demand, hiring talent, managing the candidate experience and building relationships with business stakeholders. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify the right talent and ensure goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Develops and executes innovative/creative sourcing strategies to identify top quality candidates for positions from all corporate functions.
Develops prospects into active candidates by engaging and sustaining relationships.
Develops pipeline of both active and passive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
Screens and qualifies candidates against success criteria, including evaluating for potential, behaviours, and success within our unique culture.
Ensures a great candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers.
Manages entire talent acquisition process for all open roles assigned.
Conducts candidate interviews; advise and support in the process of extending offers
Facilitates the post-interview feedback loop.
Oversees and manages talent pipeline that aligns with the company's needs and output requirements.
Knowledge and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of corporate recruitment, onsite RPO experience or related HR experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Able to thrive & excel in a fast-paced work environment
Must have strong consultative, influencing and strategic thinking ability
Strong project management, communication, relationship building and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop strong relationships and partnerships
