Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the firm's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles.


• Attract and engage top talent to meet organizational hiring needs.


• Sourcing candidates via resume databases, job boards, and other talent channels.


• Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.


• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role and culture.


• Partner with team members to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.


• Point of contact for the ATS in the HRIS system.

• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information in a responsible and appropriate manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.


• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional service firm.


• Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-Time- 40 Hours/week (onsite)

Salary Range: The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $25/hr. - $35/hr. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
