Your Mission & Key Responsibilities






  • Be the First Point of Contact:You’ll be the friendly, professional voice answering all incoming calls to our Talent Acquisition team. Whether you’re assisting candidates, answering questions, or routing calls, you’ll set the tone for a positive experience.
  • Champion the Onboarding Journey:Guide new hires through the onboarding process, helping them transition smoothly from candidate to team member. You’ll coordinate with hiring managers, answer questions, and ensure every new colleague feels welcomed and prepared for success.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team:Provide essential administrative support, from scheduling interviews to maintaining accurate records and preparing reports. Your attention to detail will help keep our team organized and efficient.
  • Help Find Great People:Assist with sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles by searching job boards, reviewing applications, and reaching out to potential candidates. You’ll play a key part in building our future teams.
