Job Description - Talent Acquisition Coordinator II




Summary



​Experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a focus on manufacturing or HR, boasting proficiency in MS Office and Google tools. Skilled in recruitment software and job boards, possessing strong communication and multitasking capabilities. Results-oriented and target-driven, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment​







Roles & Responsibilities



  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.

  • Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordination: Schedule interviews, assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Data Management: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and maintain documentation for audit purposes.


Requirements



​Must have skills:



  • ​1 year of TA (Talent Acquisition) in a manufacturing plant or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience

  • ​Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred

  • ​Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus

  • ​Excellent communication skills

  • ​Effective listening skills

  • ​Ability to multitask

  • ​Target driven







​Computer Skills:



​Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred



​Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus







​Education:



​High School Diploma or equivalent



​Associate’s degree preferred, but not required







​Experience:



​1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience
