Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Sourcer
Reports To: VP, Talent Acquisition
Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our growing fashion corporate team. This role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines and supporting the full recruitment process for corporate roles across departments such as design, merchandising, production, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
The ideal candidate has experience sourcing talent within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries and enjoys identifying and engaging great candidates. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to support an efficient hiring process and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

What We Offer
Salary: The anticipated base salary is $65k - $70k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
