We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Spanish & Italian Speaking) to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.
! This role lasts initially until the end of May 2026 with expected extension, where only a full-time cooperation is available as form of cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage offer letters in local languages
Initiate and monitor employment checks including drug and medical screenings, ensuring timely completion and escalation of discrepancies
Complete and maintain all relevant documentation related to background checks or offer rescinds
Handle sensitive candidate data in compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards
Coordinate communication between Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to ensure smooth pre-boarding processes
Support administrative activities and contribute to the overall efficiency and compliance of the Global TA Coordination team
Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with company standards and timelines
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of coordination or administrative experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Experience in pre-boarding processes such as contract generation, global mobility, or visa coordination is an advantage
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and remote environment
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to change
University degree strongly preferred
Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish
Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
