The Talent Acquisition Director requires a creative, dynamic, and positive approach to recruitment and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our recruitment strategies, hiring strategies, and overseeing onboarding efforts for over 70 locations, as well as ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to drive the company’s success. Required Education and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
Proven capability to communicate professionally across all levels within an organization.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and online meeting platforms
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
Preferred Experience
Retail or customer service experience
Experience talking with people over the phone.
