Job Description - Talent Acquisition IV

Key Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)\n\nDesign the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source\n\nExplore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization\n\nBuild quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes and associations\n\nMonitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes.\n\nMonitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant\n\nManage the recruitment of manager to executive level positions. Pro-actively sourcing candidates from the internet and the competition to identify candidates for the hard-to-fill positions.\n\nUtilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process for global efficiency.\n\nUtilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites.\n\nTrain/mentor new recruiters on global recruiting processes and tools.\n\nEffectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.\n\nUtilize recruitment budget within given targets.\n\nParticipate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field \n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity \n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nNo\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$133,500.00 - $183,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
