Key Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)\n\nDesign the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source\n\nExplore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization\n\nBuild quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes and associations\n\nMonitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes.\n\nMonitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant\n\nManage the recruitment of manager to executive level positions.
