Job Description - Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the hiring managers and support staff of KWPM. Responsible for interviewing and referring applicants for Property Manager and Corporate Management positions throughout the Company. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts for Property Manager and Manager/Director Level roles at Corporate; place job opening ads, attend industry related job fairs, partner with local universities' career center, and manage internal candidate database.

  • Identify top candidates for current and prospective clients.

  • Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment.

  • Manage various online job boards and the company's career site.

  • Manage Applicant Tracking and HRIS.

  • Collaborate with key partners weekly on open vacancies.

  • "Promote from within" policy, should be, involved in the posting program. Under this program openings at all levels are posted, and employees can apply for any position for which they feel qualified.

  • Must be able to passively recruit with a variety of different techniques to attract the right talent. 

  • Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.

  • Works closely with hiring managers to share best practices, market trends, and provide assistance on critical needs. 


This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. The incumbent must have strong negotiation and sales skills that lead to positive candidate outcomes for key open positions. 


Supervisory Responsibility


This position will be responsible in supervising the TA Specialists in the region assigned


Work Environment


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.


Work Schedule


This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company


Job Requirements


This position requires occasional travel throughout the regions in which we have team members located for training and new client purposes. A valid FL driver's license is required.



  • Prior experience in a related position; a minimum of 6 years of experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

  • Working knowledge of computer and associated programs; MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver on the company’s mission.

  • Familiar working with ATS Systems with working knowledge of UKG a plus

  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter Passive Pipelining experience
