As a member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Manager plays a strategic role in shaping DineAmic Hospitality’s employer brand, recruitment strategy, and long-term talent pipeline. This role is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for corporate and management roles, while overseeing and guiding sourcing and screening efforts for hourly positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver a high-quality, equitable, and efficient hiring process that supports organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven recruiter with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. This role reports to the VP of Human Resources and is a full-time, exempt position with base salary, and commission.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
Serve as one of two Talent Acquisition Managers who work in close partnership to support hiring across the organization.
Collaborate jointly with hiring managers and senior leaders to assess workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop accurate, compliant job descriptions that support equitable hiring practices.
Proactively consult on upcoming vacancies, succession planning, and skill gaps to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
Act as strategic advisors to leaders by sharing market insights, recruiting trends, and best practices
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
Partner closely with the second Talent Acquisition Manager to design, execute, and continuously refine sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
Share responsibility for managing job postings across the company careers page, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
Collaborate with corporate stakeholders on employer branding initiatives to strengthen DineAmic’s Employee Value Proposition.
Identify and attend hospitality networking events and job fairs to build interest and awareness of our brand and develop pipelines of candidates
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Candidate Experience
Jointly manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and management roles, ensuring a consistent, equitable, and high-quality candidate experience.
Divide and coordinate recruiting responsibilities to meet hiring volume and business priorities while maintaining shared accountability for outcomes.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, reference and employment verifications, and offer negotiation in alignment with internal guidelines and company values.
Team Leadership, Systems & Continuous Improvement
Together with the second Talent Acquisition Manager, train and support hiring managers on structured, unbiased interviewing techniques and effective candidate evaluation.
Co-own the administration, optimization, and consistent use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Review recruiting metrics as a team to evaluate performance, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements to processes, tools, and strategies.
Education + Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred(or equivalent combination of education and experience).
5–7 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate and restaurant management-level roles
Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, such as hospitality, restaurants, retail, multi-unit operations, or a similarly industry; Experience working with external agencies
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technologies; ability to optimize processes and ensure consistent adoption.
