Job Description - Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment function. This role is responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for attracting top talent in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize data and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity and inclusion standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hiring strategies and recruitment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
