Job Description - Talent Acquisition Manager

Your Role: As the Talent Attraction and Recruitment Manager you will lead the talent acquisition efforts and oversee the recruiting staff. In this position you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, develop and manage all recruitment processes and programs. While collaborating with colleagues and incorporating exceptional recruitment strategies, as the Talent Attraction and Recruitment Manager you will implement sourcing and recruiting campaigns to attract and acquire high quality talent that makes State Industrial Products a preferred employer. Your focus: · Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support State Industrial Products mission, vision and talent acquisition goals. · Engage in workforce planning and forecasting organization-wide and collaborate with business partners to identify high priority positions and source talent in advance of the open positions. · Build a talent pipeline and network of potential candidates utilizing creative ideas and methods to support future business growth goals. · Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies. · Spearhead improvements to recruitment policies and processes to ensure an effective and high quality recruitment service is delivered and provide recruitment metrics. · Manage recruitment team and offer leadership guidance, coaching, on-going feedback and opportunities for development. · Oversee the application and effective use of a candidate database (ICIMS) of qualified candidates to management. · Create and foster strong relationships with colleagues while partnering with hiring managers to identify business needs. · Collaborate and communicate with Human Resources on a variety of operational and strategic initiatives including; new hire processing, Affirmative Action Planning, compensation and other pertinent talent topics.
