What You’ll Do:

The Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter) will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, showing a proven track record of filling positions across various levels and functions.

This is an individual contributor role on the Talent Acquisition Team.

Responsibilities

:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Candidate Screening and Interviewing:

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the role.

Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.

Partner with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their staffing needs and preferences.

Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.

Collaborate on the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Act as SME in ATS to support hiring managers, providing guidance in ATS navigation to enforce hiring policies and process.

Employer Branding:

Represent the company positively online, with a strategy to attract top talent with applicable social posts relative to the industry.

Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand through effective communication and engagement.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback in a professional manner, while representing Nexxen and our culture.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement and pipeline management

Compliance:

Stay informed and exercise relevant employment laws and regulations.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting.

Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software (Greenhouse or Lever ATS preferred.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, with proven experience managing multiple requisitions per quarter.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience in regular research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor developments.

Experience in additional talent acquisition projects to support the People Team internally.

Experience and proven results in recruiting passive talent, targeting ideal experience and profiles to augment requisition pipelines, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a transferable field.
