Job Description - Talent Acquisition Manager (DC/MD/VA)

This hybrid position requires three days per week in-office at our HQ in Arlington, VA, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization striving to be the leader in the studio fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a powerhouse team of recruiters and drive performance to new heights.
    • Design and execute cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.
    • Oversee hiring for coaches, field leadership, and corporate roles with precision and speed.
    • Take charge of new studio openings, ensuring smooth hiring and weekly updates to leadership.
    • Partner with hiring managers to build strategic workforce plans and seamless hiring experiences.
    • Own the full-cycle recruitment process with a candidate-first mindset, from attraction to onboarding. 
    • Use data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and optimize recruitment success.
    • Build strong relationships with industry leaders, universities, and community partners.
    • Champion DEIB initiatives to create a hiring process that is inclusive and equitable.
    • Implement cutting-edge recruitment technology to streamline efficiency and engagement.
    • Coach hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and bias-free recruiting.
    • Stay ahead of market trends and industry innovations to keep our hiring game strong.

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-growth, multi-site organizations.
    • 2+ years in TA management with proven people leadership experience.
    • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing future leaders.
    • Partner closely with field leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams for business success.
    • Sharp analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic hiring decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, 365) for data-driven insights.
    • Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Expertise in ATS/HRIS and Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Indeed, and social platforms.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing across the organization.
    • Committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
    • Proactive mindset with a high level of professionalism and adaptability.

Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000
