Our client is an investment firm that is rapidly growing here in Chicago! They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Associates to joint them! Director of TA forming a team of two! They are seeking a hard-working, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit! This role is great for a candidate is looking to take the next step in their talent acquisition career! The Role:
Support interview coordination and proactive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Manage applicant tracking system
Create talent pipelines within LI Recruiter
Draft and maintain job descriptions and postings
Prepare offer letters and support offer extension process
Partner with Data Analytics team to delivery accurate key performance indicator reporting
Perform ad-hoc projects such as preparing market insight reports, talent maps, compensation analysis, industry benchmarks and competitor research aiding in decision making
Partner with marketing team to create and implement recruiting marketing strategy
You:
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition/operations at a financial services firm preferred, professional services required
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and sourcing platforms
Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work in a small/collaborative environment
Proven track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
