Here at Savista, we enable our clients to navigate the biggest challenges in healthcare: quality clinical care with positive patient experiences and optimal financial results. We partner with healthcare organizations to problem solve and deliver revenue cycle improvement services that enable their success, support their patients, and nurture their communities, all while living our values of Commitment, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence (CARE).

About the Role

At Savista, our people are our greatest asset. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that drives our mission forward. This is an opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, creating innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through hire.

You'll partner closely with leaders across the organization to identify talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and connect top healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities. If you're passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-volume healthcare positions and specialized roles.

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, strategic partnerships, professional organizations, and online sourcing channels.

  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, competencies, and cultural alignment.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every candidate.

  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, university outreach, and professional networking opportunities.

  • Leverage social media and digital recruiting strategies to strengthen employer branding and attract diverse talent.

  • Manage executive and hard-to-fill searches with a personalized, consultative approach.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and HRIS teams to support workforce planning, recruiting technology enhancements, and process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable recruiting regulations, policies, and affirmative action requirements.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience.

  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience supporting high-volume healthcare environments, preferably healthcare administration or revenue cycle roles.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, remote environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs).

  • Experience with Workday preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.

  • Experience using Workday Recruiting and/or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Why Join Savista?

  • Make a direct impact on the growth and success of a leading healthcare revenue cycle organization.

  • Partner with leaders across the business to shape talent strategies and workforce planning.

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

  • Be part of a team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Help connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities that make a difference.
