Job Description - Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Summary
Assists with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews, and evaluates prospective talent for full time and temporary positions.
Job Duties
Assists with prescreening potential candidates.
Completes data entry, filing, & record management of potential candidates
Communicates with hiring managers on status of open positions
Builds a working relationship with hiring managers and candidates
Assist with recruiting needs of temporary employment and manages complete recruiting cycle.
Assists with translating for Spanish when needed.
Tracks all open positions and gives weekly updates.
Reviews and updates job descriptions and job specifications when needed.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices.
Manages the conversion process of temporary to permanent employment status.
Assists the HR team members with various employee engagement projects.
Works closely other company recruiters
Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish required.
Ability to handle high volume of phone calls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related degree preferred.
