Talent Acquisition Representative (Part-Time)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:

• Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)


• Flexible Schedule


• Some evening and weekend recruiting events as needed


• Travel throughout West, Middle, and East Tennessee required


• Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel

Position Summary

Integrity First Caregivers is seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Representative to support our growing workforce across Tennessee. This position is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and assisting with the on-boarding of qualified candidates for direct care, employment services, and administrative positions.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.


• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.


• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


• Conduct reference and background check processes.


• Assist with on-boarding and new hire paperwork.


• Schedule employee orientation and training.


• Maintain applicant and hiring records.


• Attend job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities.


• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.


• Support IFC's staffing needs throughout Tennessee.


• Connect with community partners for the agency's employment services. 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Experience in recruiting, human resources, healthcare staffing, administration, or customer service preferred.


• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Tennessee as needed.
