We are revolutionizing the digital payment experience by offering a fast, secure, and user-friendly platform that empowers individuals and businesses to transfer money, pay bills, and shop online with ease and confidence.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bangladesh. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and candidate communications professionally and timely.
Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods to attract talent.
Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
Assist in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an international or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and local labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
